Streamlining Approval Emails

Hi,

My team has set up our template and created approval requests, however, we've noticed that a separate email is sent for each row that is edited (e.g. I have received two approval requests for rows 1 and 4).

Is there any way we can customize the approval request to send 1 email for approval of the entire sheet rather than row by row?

If the  data is all in one sheet then change the timing on the notification to once an hour or once a day rather than right away.  This way all the approval request that match the criteria set within the hour or day will appear in one email.

this is actually not the case. I set the approval process to once a week and just received 104 notifications at 1:30am. does anyone have a better idea?
