Formula Help
Hi All-
I'm a recruiter attempting to report various candidate metrics to a client. One metric I wish to report includes candidate 'Dismiss/Decline' reasons. These reasons are recorded under a 'Status' column and are selected among various options in a drop-down box). So I need to create a formula that tallies the number of candidates in each 'dismiss/decline' reason.
The status column looks like this presently:
STATUS:
Candidate Declined (Relocation)
Candidate Declined (Content with current employer)
Candidate Declined (Accepted other position)
Etc., etc....
Any suggestions on a viable formula would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello,
I think you'll need to have two formulas for this. If you create a new text/number column and place a =FIND("Declined", Status1) function in there, you can then create a =COUNT([Declined Count]:[Declined Count]) formula for your total.

Hi,
You could also publish a Dashboard with relevant information and KPIs for the client.
Have a fantastic weekend!
I hope this helps you!
