This is day two of an issue that we are experiencing where our live data link to Excel is linking every field except date fields.
Hoping there is a resolution in process for this issue.
How do we submit a ticket for performance issues?

Hi,We’re currently experiencing an issue when copying and pasting data into Smartsheet — the system limits us to batches of only 500 rows at a time. Is there a way to work around this limitation, or could this be considered as a potential enhancement for Smartsheet?
