Update Requests Going to Junk

I sent out a series of update requests that I now found out went into recipients' junk folders.  How can I prevent this in the future?

    How mail gets filtered is controlled by the recipient's mail system and their email program.

    If mail is getting filtered to junk, your recipients must whitelist emails from Smartsheet in some way on both their email server and on their email programs.
