When testing update row requests sent to mobile email, the smartsheet app opens when clicking on the link instead of showing the update form.
Yet on desktop email the link works properly
Does anybody else experience this ?

Hi James, this is due to a new iOS feature - universal links. When you click the update request you are brought into the app. At the top of the app there will be two buttons, Back to Mail and smartsheet.com. Clicking smartsheet.com will open the update request in your browser and will open all future update requests in your browser. Here's a screenshot:
