Linkage Break

Whenever i put a hyperlink on a dashboard to access on another smartsheet item (Dashboard), the selected item is checked but after saving the page, the link breaks and automatically links to some other smartsheet item.

What can be the potential problem here ?

Currently i have added URL link, which works fine, but open up into another tab.

Hi Glen,

This sounds like unexpected behavior. Try closing the dashboard, then signing out of Smartsheet and signing back in.

If it happens again after trying that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team directly to troubleshoot this further.
