When creating a form and then adding a section divider, is there a way to change the look of the divider line?

Not at this time, but it'd be great to have formatting options and Rich Text formatting in a webform... along with colors.
Maybe we can get some votes for it.

I know you asked Steve, but on the forms I have created, it would be great to have Rich Text capability to bold, underline, and color the help/instructional text. Or add bullet points and change font size or type....even if limited to just a few selections.
