I have noticed on log history that one user has successfully logged in. I have full admin account, can I check his activity since last log in ?
Hi bzgryzek,
Yes, to a degree. If you have the proper privileges then you can export a Sheet Access Report csv file specific to a particular user via the Account Administration panel.
It will not detail what the user has done within a sheet, however. You would still need to access the Activity log for the accessed sheet and filter by user.
Many thanks, that was I thought. It would be great to have a look on activity log per user for specific period of time requested. I will submit Product Enhancement Request. thanks.
@bzgryzek,
If you want to do a history report by user, the only way to currently do this is with the API. Even still, it may not provide you with all of the changes by user (things like formatting, etc), but I do know from experience that it is possible to do. I find it is better to pull large data out of SS for processing rather than relying on the internal formulas and links.

I'm trying to figure out a way using the API to collect Dashboard Views / Sheet Views. Do you have an example you can share with me on how to achieve this?
Hi @Jeff Zumaris
There is a premium add-on, Event Reporting that can provide you with much more information.
Is that an option?

I hope that helps!

@Andrée Starå Unfortunately, no this does not help, I've seen this already. Looking more for the working code behind the example.
@Jeff Zumaris
Ok. I hope that Brad has a method that would work instead.

If I need the value from a Summary Sheet, to link it to the Intake sheet, is this how it should look like at the control center?
I have a report that is referencing a control center program. Other users that are setup as leads on the program and have the same admin permissions I do are able to edit the Group, Filter, Summarize and Sort settings of this report, but I can not. When I click the Columns button it just says "Loading" and even if I leave…
