Customizing Reminder message

I have a sheet where I log our employees training. I set up a calculated date column where I add 60 days to their training renewal date. I want to setup a reminder telling me that such employee need to renew his training within the next 60 days.

How can I customize the reminder message so it's shows me this employee and training name and not only having a picture of the whole sheet ? Or is it a way to do something similar with formulas?

This seems to be because of a recent bug in the update. It seems multiple people are experiencing. In a perfectly working Smartsheet world reminders are supposed to only send you the row. Hopefully, they will get the bug sorted out soon.
