I'd like to have a permalink to Comments
I'd like to have a permalink to Comments in certain rows so I can send people a link to a specific comment if need be.
For instance, I have a comment on a row that is important for people to see. I'd like to be able to (like we have now "Email Comment") copy a link to that comment and send people via Slack or some other instant messenger. (While we're at it, we may as well suggest SmartSheet Chat! :P )

On your chat request—although we don't have built in chat functionality, we do integrate with Skype for Business. More info on this is available in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476146-skype-for-business-integration
