New solar company setup

Hi guys and gals,

We're a residential solar company that is new to Smartsheet and we're excited to be a part of the community.  Before we kick off in what we hope is a good direction to be going with organizing our workflow, we wanted to reach out in search of any recommendations for setting up our sheets from similar homeowner-facing businesses such as contractors, roofers, or anyone else who deals with 30-50 projects at a time with a timeline of roughly 60 days (and a million steps lol).

How has your integration with Smartsheets gone?  We're looking to develop a stronger Project Management system, and this is one of first choices, since management has used it for years in an unstructured way.  We're a commercial developer in New England.
