Is it possible to turn on the highlight changes to all sheets in a workspace. I have 31 sheets in a workspace and want to turn the functionality on for all sheets. Do I have to do it manually for each sheet or is there a way to enable this function for all?

I think hightlight changes is an option sheet level, not at workspace level.
Victor is correct. I serve as Sys Admin at my agency and there is no functionality that I see in the Admin section to turn on Highlight changes for ALL sheets or ALL users.
I tried to see if you could save it within a template so I set the Highlight function for a sheet and then saved it as a Template and then created a NEW sheet with the template and it DID NOT keep the Highlight change functionality on.
For now i'm afraid it's a per sheet change.
