Sharing: How can I resend an invitation to share?

I cannot find anyplace to click to resend an invitation to share.

Once you share a sheet with someone you don't have to do anything else.  The person you shared the sheet with needs to sign onto Smartsheet and the sheet will be there under their sign on.

Stephanie is correct, once the user logs in, they can find the sheet under their Home tab. If you still want to resend the email, you could remove them from sharing, then share the sheet with them again.

Our users frequently lose their login info.  It would be nice to have a "Resend" option.  Thanks for the feed back.

Hi Wes, the only login information the sharing email contains is a link to the Smartsheet app. They can go to www.smartsheet.com and click the Log In button at the top right or go directly to the app: app.smartsheet.com

 

If they are having trouble remembering the website, you could recommend they create a bookmark in their web browser.

Here's what I do to resend a link to the sheet.

 

Open the Sheet and on the left menu side, Choose the "Envelope Icon". And then "Email Shared Users".

 

Then just choose the person who you want to email. This resends the sheet link to them.
