for example our president would like to have notes on the document that only he can see. How can i restrict access to all other users so he is the only one that can view that content?

the only way I could think to do what you're asking is put the notes in a password protected excel sheet or Word doc and make it an attached file on a row.

Another option is to attach a password protected Google Doc to your sheet, containing the sensitive notes. If you use Google, this would be better than having to download and upload the file each time you want to view or make changes.

Can I restrict certain users to only specific sheets once they log in? Company A and Company B but I only want those companies to see their own sheet? made I missed that in help but any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry I guess I missed the concept of sharing each sheet. So I only share the sheets I want those users to be able to see... never mind everyone. Reading Good.. )
