My conditioning format does not show when I view my smart sheet in the "calendar view". Any suggestions?

Error message to
I am the owner of the sheet/workspace. I have given Admin Privilege to a few non-licensed users. One user was able to create a new report, and another user is getting this error message. Is this a Smartsheet issue?
