Predecessor links disappearing when printing in PDF

Hello members,

Need a quick help.

I have a project and in the gnatt view the predecessor links are visible: See screen shot Gnatt mode.

When I want to print this gnatt chart, the links disappear in the PDF mode. See screen shot PDF mode.

Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong as I would like to see the predecessor links in PDF mode too.

Hi Taru,

I cannot reproduce this on my end. The predecessor indicators and critical path appear OK for me.

Are you referring to the exported PDF viewed in a browser? Is it possible to try again in another browser?

Many thanks for your quick reply. Yes i was referring to the PDF view where all the links disappear.

I tried the same in the IE browser and had the same issue.

Any other pointers that I may try..

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
