Secure Login & Password

Hi,

We want to secure User id and Password for my account by Generating codes to Mobile or the email id.

We have 3 license and the users using out of office to access the data, I want to make sure the login to new system will create a code like that Gmail generates the 2 step verification code.

Please suggest.

Hi Kavita,

Smartsheet currently doesn't offer 2-step verification when using your Smartsheet password to sign in.

If you're on an enterprise plan, you have access to security controls that allow you to force your users to log in using gmail, office 365, or even a company SSO service. All of these options all 2-step verification.
