Seeing Resource overallocation across sheets

Hello everyone,

I am trying to get resource management going across project sheets. At the moment I can see the warning if a resource gets over allocated on the same sheet, but not if this happens across two sheets. I tried the % allocation column but this does not seem to work either.

Does anyone have any suggestions at all?

Hello,

I'd recommend going though our Getting Started Guide to ensure that you have resource management set up correctly on all of your sheets.

Key points from the guide to check:

1. Double-check that resource management functionality is enabled on both sheets.
2. In the resource management settings for your sheets, set your % allocation column. It's best to use a column with the same name and formatting.
3. Make sure the people you're allocating have been added to your account.
4. Create a resource view to look at someone's allocation across multiple sheets.
