I downloaded the sales pipeline template set. After updating the sales pipeline details, the summary / formulas as well as dashboard are not updated to reflect these changes.
Any hint please? thanks

I downloaded this template set and adjusted the Forecast Amount on row 17, then adjusted the Probability to 100%. Then, I changed the Sales Stage on that row to Closed Won.
All of these changes affected the Metrics section, as well as the dashboard.
Note that the pipeline template set will track total dollar amount of only opportunities that you've marked as "closed won."
If you're still not seeing a total after marking something as "closed won," sure your formula wasn't deleted by hovering over that cell in the metrics area.
Otherwise, please let me know the specific cell and column changes that you're making and what you're expecting to see as a result.
