Smartsheet for Jira workflow no longer able to sync
Hi all,
I have been using Smartsheet for Jira to share delivery content with customers and also provide project progress reports. However, on April 9th the sync with Jira stopped working. I followed up with our internal IT support and the Smartsheet superusers but I have been unable to uncover what the issue is.
The error displayed when syncing the workflow is "Resetting the notifications failed. Missing user credentials for this endpoint"
I have checked credentials both with Jira and with Smartsheet and everything is fine. I have checked my account configuration for the connector and everything looks good.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?

I'm getting exactly the same error, the connector seems to be connected but the actual workflows are not working.
