Hello,
Is it a way to remove in bulk a collaborator for all the files shared with him, and not removing one by one his access from each file?
Also, how can his assigned tasks be in transferred in bulk to a new collaborator?

If you have Sys Admin rights, you can remove a user's access to all sheets, reports, and dashboards by going to User Management. Find the user, and clck the dropdown to access the menu. Select 'Remove User Sharing Access.' Reassigning all of their items is not so straight-forward. One way to achieve this would be to create a report pulling their assignments from all appropriate sheets. You can then update all items to the new assignee directly from this report.

Hello, With the new update I'm experiencing an issue I didn't have before. I use Smartsheet web version because I typically work with 20-30 tabs open and it makes it easier to use than the app. Since this new update, every day when I open my laptop I am prompted to log in (as usual), but when the sheets load they all open…
I have tried to set them as Edit - can share, Edit - cannot share, and commenter and nothing works, they cannot add data to the sheet. Does anyone have a solution?
