Removing a collaborator in bulk from all shared files

If you have Sys Admin rights, you can remove a user's access to all sheets, reports, and dashboards by going to User Management. Find the user, and clck the dropdown to access the menu. Select 'Remove User Sharing Access.' Reassigning all of their items is not so straight-forward. One way to achieve this would be to create a report pulling their assignments from all appropriate sheets. You can then update all items to the new assignee directly from this report.

Thank you Steve,
I managed to remove the user. I wish that to replace the user there is a easier way to do it. Thanks a lot.
