Combine "AND and "OR" with filtering

I am having the same issue!!! Do we know if there will ever be any fix to this? I need this information so I can use this filter in a Dynamic View This would need to be (1 OR 2 AND 3) for this to work for me.

@sburbach Try adjusting #3 to be is not one of and select the opposite statuses.
