Auto Reminders

Hi,

I just Created Auto Reminders in notification,

if 'Date column' = Today & Name Column = "Jenn" then it should send that particular Row to "Jenn" email ID

But It's working only whenever i am Saving that Sheet.

How can i make it work automatic, even when i am not opening that sheet. ?

Hi Rafi-CB,

There currently isn't a way to create a conditional reminder—only conditional notifications. Notifications will only be triggered based on changes to the sheet that align with the conditions that you've set.

When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site and let our Product team know that you'd like to have a conditional reminders feature added to Smartsheet.
