New to smartsheet and created a form to submit a survey; however, in the sheet page the headers are not my custom label which were created for the form. How do I view the actual label text on the sheet to correspond to the question I asked?
Hi,
You will have to put them in manually in your sheet.

1. Select "Forms" (upper left corner of sheet)
2. Select "Manage Forms"
From there, you should see a pop-up. You can view your form on the right and when you select one of the form entry options, you will be able to edit it appropriately on the right hand side.
Hope this helps!
