We have notifications set up for when our name is mentioned in a specific column. However, even after we've addressed that line item, we continually get notifications for it. Is there a way to program it so that we get notifications for as long as the line item is live, but no longer after it's checked complete or grayed out?

How are you triggering those notifications?
Are you using reminders?
Are notifications based on a date?
More specificity will help us help you determine the best method for turning off those notifications.

You can Add a Condition so that the notification only occurs when it is NOT checked complete.
