When you click "Done", any future reminders should stop emailing us

smartsheet says the software is not set up for this. I think it used to work perfectly a few years ago. anyone have any thoughts or workarounds?

Reminders not so much.

Notifications though can have a condition that it will only send if "Done" is not checked or various other ways of marking a task as "Complete."

authenticator help
I tried to sign into my Smartsheet portal it asked for an authenticator code. I don’t have one and I can’t find the QR code to authenticator to my own Microsoft authenticator app. Can anyone help me?
