Error Message
Error message when trying to connect to Smartsheets remotely (this has only started happening the last few days). See the screen shots below. As smartsheets is in the cloud it does not seem correct that I should not be able to get to it via remote connection. I have using my Pernod laptop.
First Message, says contact the administrator with all other relevant information, 2nd attempt, says I must log out, which I do, but then it reverts back to the 1st message and I don’t get in. Being able to work in our the apps remotely for me important as I often use the quite time or when I am travelling to attend the tasks.
