Hi,
I am looking for a way to aviod the red man when a task has been completed. In my opinion the red man should disappear as soon as the task has been solved.

The issue appears when a task is completed prior to deadline.
What exactly is the "Red Man"?

The Red man will disappear when the date is in the past as it is intended as a planning aid when resourcing the future. So maybe you have your start and finish date columns linked incorrectly?
