Report with resource allocation rollup

Hi,

I am looking for a solution where I can roll up resources by their allocation at a portfolio level. The resource view only shows me the rollup for licensed users. However, we have users that are allocated to projects that are not necessarily licensed to create or edit sheets. They are ok with read only access. 

I created a report to pull data from all project sheets and display Project name, Assigned to (resource name), % allocation but not able to understand how I can roll up allocation by resource. Any help here will be greatly appreciated..

Hi Kamala,

Your resources aren't required to have a license in order to be tracked in resources views, but they do need to at least be Invited to your team (as an unlicensed user).
