Configure "Request to join Smartsheet account" recipients

Currently, when existing contributors within our organization request a full license via the web application, an email is generated and addressed to the SysAdmins within our instance.

My preference is that those requests be directed to a single inbox for L1 triage, instead of creating email noise for our IT architects. 

Is there a setting to configure the default recipients of these types of requests?

    The license request emails are sent to all System Admins and there currently isn't a way to modify this behavior.

    When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request using the form under Quick links on the right to let our Product team know that you'd like to have this feature added to a future version of Smartsheet.

    In the mean time, you might explore Enterprise SAML/SSO options to see if an SSO service can give you better control over who requests to have a Smartsheet account or license.
