I have put some conditional formatting on my sheet. But there are certain rows I don't want it to apply to. Does anyone know how you can exempt particular rows/cells from formatting?

HI, how about have a checkbox called Exempt that is set to yes and a Conditional formatting rule is set to be the 1st rule executed which over-rules any subsequent rules?

I have a monthly report I send out that has a long list of recipients. I know I can edit the recurrence of it being sent, but does anyone know of an easy way to just add or take out people that get my email without having to recreate the whole thing?
