Is it possible to create a notification that fires when a task is changed FROM a particular value?
For example, I'd like to be notified whenever a task that was assigned to me is deleted or assigned to someone else.

I don't think there is a way to set a conditional logic rule on deletion of a row or removal of a name.
Smartsheet does not handle 'history' very well. Changing a task from user A to user B is important for both user A and B to know, but Smartsheet's notification only seem to care about user B.
