Licensed User Reports

Does anyone know of an easy way to see a report of licensed users and the last time they:

Created a Smartsheet

Accessed a Smartsheet

I'm trying to clean up our licensed users because I don't think the licenses are distributed properly. Contributors don't need to be licensed users and I need to free up some licenses.

Use the Account > User Management tab to see who you have set up as licensed users, and then use then use the More Actions button to see other reports you can pull the sheet access summary which will show you every sheet that's been created, who owns it, and the likes.
