I use smartsheet to keep track of project stages, I have 5 stages of the lifecycle all sorted by a different color. Is there a way to organize the rows so when that stage is reached, the row automatically moves to the bottom of the next section?

There currently isn't a way to have rows automatically move when conditions are met in the sheet. The rows will need to be moved manually or, if you have development resources available, you might explore using our API (documentation here) to automate the process.
When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site to let our Product team know that you'd like to have this feature added to Smartsheet.
