Hello all,
We have 3 licensed users, and one of my colleagues set up a free trial it has now expired and he would now like to transfer his sheets to another log in for him but using the same email address. I have tried deleting the account then going in to 'sign-up' but smartsheet seems to remember his email address and wants him to re-set his password. However we want to use smartsheet under the company account but not to prescribe him as a licensed user.
