Logging into Smartsheet
Hello all,
We have 3 licensed users, and one of my colleagues set up a free trial it has now expired and he would now like to transfer his sheets to another log in for him but using the same email address. I have tried deleting the account then going in to 'sign-up' but smartsheet seems to remember his email address and wants him to re-set his password. However we want to use smartsheet under the company account but not to prescribe him as a licensed user.

Hi Carmen,
Please have this person contact our Support team directly. They can work with him to purge the other email address from our system on the backend so they can add it to their paid account.
NOTE: they must be able to receive email from both of those email addresses for our Support team to go through this process with them.
