Is there a way to create a hyperlink on a form that then leads to a Create as New menu so that people can easily create copies of an existing folder?

There currently isn't functionality to create a link which automatically will create a new copy of a folder of Smartsheet items. When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request (with the form under Quick links on the right of the community site) and let our Product team know that you'd like to have this feature added to Smartsheet.
