Smartsheets Approval Request

Hi all,

I am setting up an approval request in smartsheets and needed some insight. Essentially, I was wondering if during approval step that you can download an attachment instead of it opening in a browser. I've attached a screenshot to hope clarify

Hi Mikecol,

There isn't a way in Smartsheet to configure the attachment to download immediately once clicked on—it'll only open in the browser.

You should be able to right-click on the file and select Save As to store it on your computer.

More granular time options for needed for Workflow triggering
Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45.
