Update Requests to tiny url

It would be nice if the Update Request Feature would generate a tiny url (that could be quickly copied to clipboard) so we could text it as an alternative to the email that is generated.

We continually have to explain to outside folks to "CLICK THE BIG BLUE UPDATE BUTTON" 

Otherwise they just don't get it!

If I could create the row's update request and quickly have a link to send out - I would use my own email or text service.
