Changing 'reply-to' and 'from' email addresses

How do I change the 'reply-to' email address that accompanies the email confirmations and notifications sent when a new form is submitted? (I'm creating a number of forms for another unit within my department so the 'reply-to' needs to be their unit's email address.) 

Also, when will we be able to change the 'from' email address? (None of the people using our forms are Smartsheet users, so it's very confusing for them to receive emails from Smartsheet Notifications.) It looks like this product enhancement has been requested since at least 2016...
