RESOLVED: Report rows not updating in a timely manner

Update 2018-07-16 18h EDT -- resolved bug.

Very briefly:

Underlying sheet changes and Report content currently displayed changes appropriately, however if the expected row count changes (either higher or lower) it can be up to 4 minutes (or longer, but I don't have the patience to test today) before the rows update in the Report.

That is, if 10 rows are displayed but only 4 should be due to criteria, the 10 rows shown are correct, but there are too many. According to the criterion. Closing/reopening, refreshing, opening in a different browser does not help. Could be immediately updated properly. Could be longer.

I sent a video to support@.... and the auto-response says it will be up to 96 hours before they may get to it. If this is a universal problem (it is reproducible for me), then that's too long.
