RESOLVED: Report rows not updating in a timely manner

Update 2018-07-16 18h EDT -- resolved bug.

Very briefly:

Underlying sheet changes and Report content currently displayed changes appropriately, however if the expected row count changes (either higher or lower) it can be up to 4 minutes (or longer, but I don't have the patience to test today) before the rows update in the Report.

That is, if 10 rows are displayed but only 4 should be due to criteria, the 10 rows shown are correct, but there are too many. According to the criterion. Closing/reopening, refreshing, opening in a different browser does not help. Could be immediately updated properly. Could be longer.

I sent a video to support@.... and the auto-response says it will be up to 96 hours before they may get to it. If this is a universal problem (it is reproducible for me), then that's too long.

Are any of your Reports using X-Sheet References? For me, the ones that are MAY be operating worse.

No, not at all.

Now I'm also experiencing new columns added to the underlying sheets not showing up on the reports to include them on the report.

Today it took nearly 10 minutes before my new column showed up in the Report Builder for use, despite repeated close/reopen of the Report (if close/reopen Smartsheet is the recommended solution, I will speed up my search for a new platform)

Smartsheet has been having trouble on and off with their reports lately.

The change made today (reported on the Status page: https://status.smartsheet.com/ -- "Reporting service delay")

appears to have resolved this for my test cases.

I believe I'm still seeing symptoms of this issue. I updated a data sheet this morning with three new rows of data but the report running against that sheet has failed to update/recognize those three new rows. I will monitor the report throughout the day to see if it finally updates, but as of this posting, it has been 20+ minutes since the original update to the data sheet with no subsequent update to the report.
