Hi,
I want to report on the number of form submissions in a dashboard - can anyone tell me if this is possible?
Many Thanks
Hi Emma,
Yes, it is possible. How to set it up depends on your specific use case.
One way to do it would be to count the rows with submissions. If the sheet is combined with submissions and other rows you could use a predefined field from the form that is hidden.
Would that work for you?
I hope this helps you!

You could use a COUNT formula that will tell you how many rows are not blank which would only be the ones auto-populated by the form submissions, then use a metric widget on your dashboard to display the result of your formula. That would give you a live count.
Thanks that's perfect
Great thanks for the advice, all in place now
Happy to help!
Hello community, I need help figuring out how to set up a sheet to collect monthly comments on several projects. Each project is assigned to a different person who need to provide monthly feedback on its progress. Is it possible that a workflow that MOVES rows to another sheet too basically do a CUT/PASTE (like in Excel), and then you are left with BLANK rows on your original sheet? I cannot think of any other LOGICAL reason why this would happen. The users enter the data from an Intake Form, it gets placed onto this sheet. They do…

Instead of bringing all items with date values to the top of the sheeting and sorting them in ascending order, it leaves a gap. Is it a result of the "Next Review Due" column containing a column formula…
