Archiving Meeting Minutes

We have to archive (over several years) and be able to search our meeting minutes for accreditation purposes. I can use the Meeting agenda sheet (Meeting Management set) for both agenda and minutes. How can I save the July agenda/minutes and create a new agenda/minutes sheet for the August meeting? Should I create a workspace just for archiving these sheets and dump them in there? Thanks,

    Hi Deb,

    Depending on how you want to drill down when looking for the meeting minutes my recommendation would to either have a workspace for archival of past meetings and another for the present meetings, or you could have a workspace and then have an archive folder where you move the past meetings. It's a personal preference. I think it will be easier to search in the archive if it's in a separate workspace.
