My colleague created an account for me while trying out smartsheet. We've since started a full implementation of smartsheet and I need to pull my old e-mail address over.
Problem is that smartsheet is telling me that the e-mail address I want is in use by another account (even though I've deleted the account used in the trial).
Is there a way to make sure that my old e-mail address is purged so that I can reuse it in my new account?
