Box.com Integration Issues

A few things that seem to help me.
When I start my day, I open the box.com web page and login first before I try to attach documents from box in smartsheet.
If I receive the "not authorized" alert, I click through the login pages and when I have the opportunity to "grant access" or "deny access". I choose to "deny access". Then I repeat the login and "grant access" process and this seems to give me a long lasting session.
