Hello!
I am wanting to put the gantt view of my project plan in a dashboard.
How do I go about doing this?
Hi,
You would use the report widget to show a report in Gantt view on the dashboard.
I hope this helps you!

Hi Andree,
Thanks for your response. My gantt chart is in a sheet, not a report though. If I created a separate report, it doesn't look right. Do I need to do this extra step to pull into report form?
Happy to help!
To show the Gantt in a Dashboard, you need to create a report of the sheet or sheets that you want to display. Unfortunately, there isn't another way to do it.
What is it that doesn't look right?
Got it! Thank you, Andree.
This is an old thread but hope still active. When you create a gantt in report format you loose all of the dependencies and there appears no way to display them. Any advice. I really want to see the gantt the way it is displayed in the sheet ie. with dependencies and critical path.
seems odd that smartsheet has not added this functionality. Gantt chart should be able to be displayed with dependancies.
I have a monthly report I send out that has a long list of recipients. I know I can edit the recurrence of it being sent, but does anyone know of an easy way to just add or take out people that get my email without having to recreate the whole thing?
We would like to allow conference attendees to check themselves in using tablets at the conference center. I know there is a "find in sheet" magnifying glass in table view, but it is not super obvious, especially for non-Smartsheet users. Is there a better way for them to easily find their row among all the attendees so…
Greetings- I have a automation setup when I select the "status" column drop-down to "completed" I want the row info to be emailed to the contact to submitted it with a follow up then I want it to archive the row (aka move to another sheet). When I run the automation only 1 of the 2 requests happen. The archive happens…
