I need help figuring out how to create an overall status using the RYG Balls based off 3 other columns with RYG Balls. Can someone help me? Example is below.

You need to define what you mean by overall status. There are 27 possible combinations of 3 columns of 3 choices. What do they each mean?
Once that is defined, then the formula can be built. That definition will also determine which possible formulas might be among the best ones to use.
