When I send out a manual update request it says my username via Smartsheets, and if someone hits reply, it goes to my email.
If I set up an alert and action, it comes from Smartsheet Alerts & Actions, and if someone hits reply it goes to automation@smartsheet.com, and I never see this email.
Is there a way to have the rules that send automatically come from my email and not Automation@smartsheet.com?
I spend the last week creating a rule that updates itself, so I would not have to send out these emails manually, but all the information I am trying to get is sent nowhere.
