Form - Branding
Hello,
How do I add my logo to the Smartsheet update form? See attached for example.
Answers
-
- Go to the "person" icon in upper right corner
- Choose Personal Colors & Logos
- Select your logo from where it is stored
- Save
- Logo should now be showing
-
I can change the colors and logo on the sheet, but it's not being added to a form, it only shows the SmartSheet-branded theme.
-
Each Form has its own options too.
Edit the Form (if you have permissions), under Form Options select 'Branded'

I don't have the Branded option?? Maybe they removed that option altogether or l don't have the permissions???

"In order to use custom colors and logo branding, you must be a licensed user or a licensed System Admin on a Business or Enterprise plan. "
HERE is an article about it. Are you on an individual plan?

Hi,
I think it’s because the administrator has restricted the branding to be default (Strict).
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!
Best,

@srangel There are two places. In my my example it's in the Account settings.
I'd recommend checking with one of your Smartsheet Admins.
Let me know how it goes!

Touch off Topic, but here it lands...
I recently inherited overall admin right on an existing account, and would like to impliment branding and color specific to the company. If I do so now, will it override existing workspace branding? our company brands workspaces to the client for each project, and I want that to remain the case for all workspaces going forward. I will allow users to override.

Hi @Chris_Egge
See the "Note" on this Help Center article, here.
"Workspaces that you create after you apply your custom colors and logo branding will inherit the new settings; however, any workspaces that you've created before applying your custom colors and logo will need to be changed individually."
This means that all of your old workspaces will stay the same, but any newly created workspaces will have the new logo and coloring automatically applied.
Cheers!
Genevieve
