Formula help please

Hi, looking for some help please.

I want to count a financial figure when the status is not received.

Columns i am using are Start up budget and Received status.

Probably really easy for someone, but am struggling with formulas as quite new to Smart Sheets.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Dave,

I'm guessing that you want to sum all the rows that have the status of not received. Let me know if you were looking for something else.

=SUMIF(CHILDREN([Received status]1); "Not Received"; CHILDREN([Start up budget]1))

Please see the attached link/screenshot for more information.

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the semi-colon to a comma in the above formula.
