Formatting the Sheet Name Field within a Report

Hi!

I would like to know if there is a way to format the Sheet Name column within a report. I would like the ability to middle align, and wrap text.

Also, is there a way to remove row colors within a report without removing the colors from the actual Sheet?

There is no way to (re)format the rows in the Report, the formatting comes from the Sheet. Mostly. Sometimes, it gets confused and may not accurately represent the formatting in the Sheet.

Word-wrap is one of those that is difficult to see if it is working or not. I typically select the whole column and set the word-wrap as sometimes it reverts to non-wrap. I suspect because of copy-paste but have not reproduced it fully.

Hi - strangely I have a report in which some of the Sheet Names appear bold and filled in another colour. Is this an option? I thought formatting Sheet Names was not possible in Smartsheet.

Reports take the formatting that's applied to the underlying sheet(s). The Sheet Name column will show formatting that's applied to an entire row.

This means that if you had originally selected the entire row to be Green with Bold, but then selected cells to be white, the formatting will still stay on the "row", showing it in the report!

@Genevieve P. does that mean if I apply wrap text to all the rows in a sheet that the sheet name column in the report will also show as wrapped? Because Im trying that and it doesnt seem to work :(

No, you're correct: wrap-text is not able to be applied to the Sheet Name column in a Report at the moment.

I have one stubborn Sheet Name that is showing up in a centered position in all of my reports, how do I fix this? None of the others are doing this.
